Ichiban is dedicated to providing highest quality of Asian yakitori experience to its biggest pool of consumer: the students of neighboring schools and neighbors of the symphony area. The name Ichiban is Japanese for the Number One (?) Best And Is the motto that it strives for. The menu combines a variety of traditional Japanese and Korean mixed fusion cuisines modernized to fit today's generation. However, that isn't all that is available; the menu also extends to cover drinks and small dish tapas with yakitori as its specialty. Yakitori are traditionally small restaurant or stands in Japan that grill a variety of skewers over charcoal, to be consumed alongside alcoholic beverages, and here at Ichiban we add little twisted of Asian spice to the yakitori to have more flavor to our delicacy.
